Uttarakhand's Ex Chief Minister Harish Rawat To Contest From Ramnagar

The Congress on Monday released its second list of 11 candidates for Uttarakhand assembly elections and fielded former Chief Minister Harish Rawat from the Ramnagar assembly constituency.
