Amit Shah Tweets "Another Strike On Pak... ". RJD Says "Strike On Encephalitis"

A hundred children have died due to encephalitis in Bihar's Muzaffarpur in the last 16 days. Nearly 300 children have been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital.
