India reported 243 new Covid cases in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of cases to 4,46,78, 158.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the death count stands at 5,30,699 with one death reported from Maharashtra on Friday.
The daily positivity rate was recorded at 0.11 per cent while the weekly positivity was pegged at 0.16 per cent, the ministry said.
