China Army Kidnaps Teen From Inside Indian Territory In Arunachal: MP

China's People's Liberation Army (PLA) has kidnapped a 17-year-old boy from inside the Indian territory in Arunachal Pradesh's Upper Siang district, state MP Tapir Gao said on Wednesday.
