Fresh Snowfall In Parts Of Kashmir, Ladakh; Rainfall In Plains. See Pics

Parts of Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh received fresh snowfall today while the plains of the valley received heavy rainfall, leading to an early onset of winter-like conditions, officials said.
