Activist Anand Teltumbde Reaches Probe Agency To Surrender In Elgar Case

Activist and scholar Anand Teltumbde today reached the National Investigation Agency (NIA) office here to surrender in connection with the Elgar Parishad-Maoist links case, his lawyer said.
