Arvind Kejriwal "Responsible" For Cleanliness Ranking: Hardeep Singh Puri

The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) area was ranked the cleanest in the national capital, followed by Delhi Cantonment in the central government's cleanliness survey.
