"Amravati, Ranchi...": Why Not 4 Capitals For India, Asks Congress Leader

With Delhi enveloped in thick smog, Congress leader Abhishek Singhvi on Monday suggested separate capitals for the country and named Amravati and Ranchi in this regard.
