2 Killed After Maoists Blow Up Diesel Drum In Chhattisgarh; Encounter On

Two civilians were killed when Maoists trigged an improvised explosive device during an encounter with security forces in Chhattisgarh's Kanker district. The encounter is going on, sources said.
