Manmohan Singh Files Nomination For Rajya Sabha From Rajasthan

Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is the Congress candidate for by-polls to a Rajya Sabha seat from Rajasthan. He filed his nomination in state capital Jaipur on Tuesday.
