"All Sides Should Avoid Escalation": UN Chief To PM On Kashmir

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has discussed Kashmir with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and told him that all the sides "should avoid escalation", according to UN chief's spokesperson.
