Government Imposes Ban On Jamaat-e-Islami Jammu And Kashmir

Separatist group Jamaat-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir was banned on Thursday under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act for alleged anti-national and subversive activities, officials said.
