Muzaffarnagar Coldest In Uttar Pradesh At 1 Degrees Celsius

Cold wave conditions continued at isolated places in western Uttar Pradesh, with Muzaffarnagar being the coldest place in the state, recording a minimum temperature of 1 degrees Celsius.
